·         Steve Griffin the photographer takes the utmost care in handing the digital media that is used for any portrait, wedding work.

·         In case of complete loss of digital data the photographer will do everything he can to get the data retrieved. But if the data cannot be retrieve his liability is only limited to a 100% refund of retainers paid.
